Simply gliding over to the tower and dropping down through the roof is enough to gain access to Oracles location. The mission starts with a trip to see Oracle at the clocktower. It's the first time that your Batmobile problem solving skills come into play, particularly when trying to get onto the roof of the studio to access the antenna. Panessa Studios is one of the locations you'll come across early in the game.
